Last week’s Paleo Menu Plan wasn’t a total bust but we did have several days of leftovers. Saturday we ordered out and I fell off the Paleo wagon most of the weekend.
It’s not always easy to stay on track, but this week I’m determined to stick with it.

Sunday: Leftovers from Saturday night takeout
Monday: Three Diets One Dinner for the first time and could have eaten the entire pan! This is almost Paleo as it calls for parmesan cheese but you can eliminate that. The Rosemary Skillet Chicken delish and one to add to your regular repertoire.
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Paleo Beef Stew
Thursday: Left overs
Friday: Curry Chicken Stir Fry + Cauliflower Rice
