Last week was a blur and I’m not sure what meals were prepared or ordered for my family so let’s move on to this week. It’s ok to get off track occasionally, what matters is hopping back on the wagon the following week to stay on track.
Same goes for healthy eating. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I threw caution to the wind and indulged in several meals that are normally on my cheat list – wine, bison burger, truffle fries and pasta. No, not all at the same time. Bon Appetit!
