Today is Bethenny’s big day! Check your local listings and set your DVRs ladies for TV’s newest talk show – Bethenny. This weekend I headed to New York to preview the show and attend the official launch event.
While I can’t share details about our show before it airs, I can say it was beyond fun and you will NOT want to miss the premiere week. My sassy cousin and Bethenny fan, accompanied me to New York and the taping where we sat front row! It was surreal watching Bethenny and her production team in action. While I’ve been to both Oprah and Rosie tapings, there was something unique about this experience.
Maybe I’m in awe of her tenacity and ability to be sharp and so witty on the spot. Maybe it was her beautifully chic and uber cool studio set. Whatever “it” was, I can’t wait to have Bethenny become part of my day for a full hour throughout the week.
She’s funny, candid, empathetic and REAL. Bethenny’s goal is to have truthful conversations; what women talk to other women about when men aren’t around. She’ll cover topics like marriage, relationships, dating, food, exercise, being a mom, feeling guilty, not being able to get good sleep, not feeling like you look your best — all mixed with her unfiltered and honest perspective.
We met up with Jackie (Bethenny’s former assistant during Bethenny Ever After), snapped a few pics as we headed out for lunch and a few hours of free time. Later that evening we attended Bethenny’s Launch Event where Salt-N-Pepa made a surprise appearance. Could this trip get any better?? More details on that coming soon…
