Excited about this week’s Paleo menu, I have a confession. Last week I cheated and decided to order sushi one night. No go on the Paleo Taco Soup but it’s staying on my rotation. Cooler temps are right around the corner (hopefully) and soups are one of my go to recipes in the winter.
FYI – The girls LOVED the Paleo Fish Sticks from Elana’s Pantry and they had no idea I was serving them Carrot fries. Highly recommend.
On to this week….Sorry if you see a few repeats but I’m flying solo a few nights and need to keep things simple.
Sunday: Lemon, Parsley & Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes + Green Salad
Monday: Cauliflower Mash
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Paleo Chicken Nuggets + Roasted Butternut Squash
