Happy Sunday Paleo friends! Hope you’re enjoying the fall weather this week. We’ve experienced temperatures that feel more like winter in Chicago. Yesterday it was tolerable to be outside so we took the girls to the apple orchard. Now I have 12 pounds of apples to incorporate into this week’s meal plan.
I’m thinking applesauce, Paleo apple crisp and apple chips. Halloween is Thursday and of course I’ll be making my traditional Pumpkin Ziti. This year I’ll try modifying the recipe preparing with gluten free pasta and a Paleo Pumpkin Béchamel Sauce. Keeping my fingers crossed it works.
