How’s your Sunday going? We’ve got two sick girlies in our house today so it’s been low key while catching up on the fun stuff avoided all week – laundry, cleaning, etc.
I hope you had a chance to prepare one or more of Inspiralized’s recipes from last week. The Plantain Rice & Beans were outstanding. Both made enough for leftovers so tonight we’re having the Quinoa Sweet Potato Noodle Bolognese with Toasted Crusted Almonds. YUM!!
It’s safe to say I’m obsessed with Ali’s website and recipes (hello her name even rocks). I’m having a blast introducing the vegetables we love in an entirely new format. I may need to invest in her cookbook soon.
