My girls loved it and want to go again. People were singing, laughing and crying. One of the best stage productions I’ve seen in awhile. Two people came up to us during intermission to tell me how “beautiful” E’s voice was – she was signing that loud! I tried to stop her but didn’t have much luck.

You have to go see The Sound of Music before it leaves Chicago. Billy Zane as the Captain and Jenn Gambatese as Maria give mesmerizing performances and take you back to childhood. At least for me all I can think about is watching the movie every year with my family. The Von Trapp children steal the show and kept my girls transfixed for over 2 hours.
