For the past two months I’ve been spending a lot of time in a swimsuit, shorts and dresses and to be honest, I’m very self conscious about my legs. While I’m not asking for perfection, it would be nice to see a few less lumps and bumps- if ya know what I mean!
Nothing comes easy my friends and it’s so important to exercise regularly, drink enough water and eat healthy. Occasionally we can do everything right and not obtain the results we want.
If you are Sassy Moms in the City reader you may have caught my recent Botox review which is something I do every 3-6 months. While this may not be for everyone, I happen to have great results.
I’m also not opposed to trying other non-invasive procedures like CoolSculpting a non-surgical way to get rid of unwanted fat in the abdomen, flank (love handles) and now thighs.
I found the procedure interesting because it is non-invasive – as in no surgery or downtime.
How does CoolSculpting work?
The CoolSculpting procedure was developed by Harvard scientists and is based on the science of Cryolipolysis® – when fat cells are exposed to extreme cold, they die and are eliminated naturally from the body.
Fat cells treated and eliminated by the procedure are gone for good, and patients can expect long-lasting results. Because CoolSculpting is noninvasive, many patients read, check email, or even nap during their session.
A recent survey found that approximately 78 percent of women would be unwilling to post a photo of themselves in a bikini on their social media profile. The results also showed that American women think about fixing or bettering their bodies approximately seven times per day.
Well, I can confidently agree that I am part of the 78% on both counts.
But the proof is in the pudding thighs, right?
