One of my favorite recipes from last week was Chicken Cutlets with Creamy Leeks and Shiitakes. OMG you have to make this!! Your family will think you’re a fancy chef.
With only a few short days until Halloween I’m totally in the mood to cook as much pumpkin as possible. Of course I’ll be preparing my traditional Pumpkin Ziti. My parents will be here over the weekend so I’m sure we will dine out a few nights too.
