One of my favorite products to recommend to my clients is also one of my favorite styling tools. Women on the go and any woman who want to protect their hair color or extend the life of their blow-out will love Rene Furterer Naturia dry shampoo.
Made with rice, cornstarch, clay and silica powders that will absorb oil and impurities, Naturia is one of my clients’ go-to products that smells lovely, adds body, as well as protects color and Keratin treatments.
I’ve been wanting to blog about this product since last spring when I shipped a free can of Naturia to both, social media personality & marketer, Alicia Kahn, and to news anchor and media trainer, Noeleen McGrath.
Through Twitter, I had learned that these ladies were using top brand specialty dry shampoos. They both liked their brands and the way they smelled and left their hair shiny and not powdery like some of the less-expensive brands. I had never met either of the ladies, at the time, and my hope was that they would give me an un-biased quote about Naturia that I could use for my blog.
Alicia Kahn said, “Thank you so much! I loved Naturia. The smell is natural and it left my hair silky and fuller.” Noeleen McGrath said, “I never thought I would say this but it really rivals my favorite dry shampoo. Naturia works for my hair and I love it.”
Naturia is a stylist’ best friend for up-do’s because it takes away the excess oils in the hair and yet leaves the hair shiny. And I always recommend it to my clients who worry that they are not allowed to shampoo their hair for a few days after a Keratin treatment. Naturia actually helps the Kereatin treatment last sometimes months longer if they use it between shampoos at home.
My clients can use it anytime and anywhere to remove excess oil, bar air, for airplane-hair and it helps to clean and balance the scalp with essential oils of caraway, basil and peppermint.
Although we no longer carry the full Rene Futerer fine line, Naturia is available at and other great salons.
