This Chinese Coleslaw recipe is super quick and a staple in our family. I make it year round because I love it so much and it is so easy.
Our family friend makes this salad at most of our holiday gatherings in the summer. The first time I had this coleslaw was at her home over 4th of July during college. I begged for the recipe and love making it for my friends.
