I’m Sarah from The Kissing Booth Blog here for Fashion Friday!
A wise woman once told me that during the winter you should invest in good coats, because that is what people see you in the most.
It took me a few years to fully understand that saying but she was totally right – most of the time I’m going here or there and running errands so a few good winter coats are key! I’ve noticed a lot of times when I am at my final destination that I often keep my coat on either the entire time.
Down Coat – These are the most practical coats if you are always on the go, I find myself wearing mine every day! I like black or dark solid color coat because you add color with a bright scarf, hat and matching gloves.
Trench Coat with Leather – There is nothing like more flattering than a classic well fitting trench coat! A trench coat can be the perfect coat to toss on walking out of the house for errands or to a lunch date with friends.
Faux Fur Coat – I’ve been collecting faux fur vests the past few winters, but I think this might be the winter for me to finally pick one up! I love how something as bold as a faux fur coat can be considered a nutural.
Winter Accessories – Since buying a new coat all the time isn’t realistic, I like to play with my winter wardrobe by swapping out my scarf and hat. I like mixing plaid with faux fur or knitted wool to add some texture to my outdoor outfit.
