Thank you Victoria’s Secret for sponsoring this post. While this was a sponsored opportunity from Victoria’s Secret all content and opinions expressed here are my own.
It’s that time – a new year filled with reflection, personal resolutions and of course the obligatory New Year fitness goals. Now that the kids are back in school and the holiday binge fest is over, I’m excited to get back to a regular fitness routine and there is nothing wrong with looking good while getting your sweat on.
A few years ago I threw out all the old t-shirts and baggy shorts and started investing in better quality (and cute) athleisure. Looking trendy and chic is a good rule of thumb but workout clothing has to be functional. Sports bras need to support and pants need to be flattering – especially while pushing through a set of burpees and my all time fav – planks.
We all know and love Victoria’s Secret for their beautiful bras, comfy pajamas and sexy lingerie, however Victoria’s Secret Sport Activewear is something new to me. Today I’m partnering with Victoria’s Secret to dish about the line and share a top secret deal you don’t want to miss that goes live January 7th {more info here}. We’ll be one of the first to announce so be sure to come back on Thursday!

Let’s talk Victoria’s Secret Sport Activewear
I love that that VS sport bottoms are available in three different lengths, three rises and a variety of patterns. For a shortie like me that is a big deal. I usually prefer crop or capri bottoms but after browsing online all the different options, I’m currently obsessed with the Knockout Limited Edition Tight. How cute are these??

Victoria’s Secret sports bras are made with the same fit technology used to construct their everyday bras. The collection is sized and fits just like a normal bra (34C, etc) creating more support and a more accurate fit.
I just ordered a sports top and bottom which I’ll be reviewing and sharing with you soon!

What do you think of the collection so far? Have you tried Victoria’s Secret Sport yet?
New Year Fitness Goals
- Workout at least five days per week. If I shoot for five I know I’ll get at least three for sure.
- Wear better workout clothes.
- Schedule daily workout in calendar – even if I’m working out from home. Booking the time for myself keeps me from canceling.
- Find a workout buddy. That is a top priority this year. I need someone to hold me accountable!
- Go back to working out with a fitness watch and using My Fitness Pal app.
- Detox and cleanse at least once a month.
What are your new year fitness goals?

Love the collection! I’m really loving all the bright colored and bold pattern work out clothing lately! It makes me want to get dressed for the gym more… but I’m still working on getting to the gym more! lol

I had no idea that Victoria’s Secret had such amazing stuff! I love that the bras are super fitting for workouts.
Also, a goal of mine too is to cleanse once a month as well. It’s so key to staying and feeling light.
Love it!
