This week I’m keeping things simple. Tonight was leftovers which by the way, I highly recommend trying the seriously badass Pork Carnitas from Our Full Plate even if you aren’t eating Paleo. The girls loved it even my youngest who isn’t a big fan of meat.

Wednesday: Paleo Chicken and Dumpling Soup (Elana’s Pantry) + Salad
Thursday: Spring Grassfed Beef Meatloaf from CJK Foods
