Can you believe we are only a few weeks from Christmas?? How is that possible? The next few weeks of meal planning are going to be somewhat hectic. I can feel it in the air. Between holiday events, shopping, building our house and whatever else there is to do, cooking dinner is going to be the last thing I want to think about.
This is why meal planning comes in handy. If I work out all the details on Sunday and shop by Monday morning, there is no thinking involved – just implementing. In theory it works – right?
