I love a good sporty jacket for fall don’t you? Fingers crossed we experience more than a few weeks in Chicago. I think everyone is bracing themselves for another polar vortex.

But in the interim I will wear my favorite sporty jacket for as long as possible. The good news is most performance jackets are thin enough to wear under a heavier coat, perfect for the gym, running errands and taking the kids to the park.

Since returning from Costa Rica, I’ve pretty much resorted back to the standard mom uniform – fitness apparel – 24/7.
