EAT: My mother will kill me for saying this but never feel bad about hiding the China. The house is packed, you’re feeding large groups of people multiple times per day – there is nothing wrong with using disposable products. I prefer to save the “good stuff” when it counts like Christmas Eve and Christmas day and embracing paper plates and disposable dinnerware for causal meals like breakfast and lunch. Who wants to be stuck in the kitchen cooking and cleaning when you can be spending time with your guests?
