A scholarship fund has been established in Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Florida to help motivate kids to complete college. The annual recipient will receive $1,000 per year toward their college tuition.
Eligible students must have a high school 2.5 grade point average, accepted to a college, be involved in at least two extracurricular school activities and submit a paper. Scholarship recipients are expected to maintain an exceptional grade point average to continue to get receive the grant throughout college.
All funds come from the contributions of individual donors — there is no endowment. The Fund depends entirely on the generosity of people like you to support students from Choctawhatchee High School. The number of grants we are able to make and the size of each grant is directly related to the financial support received each year.
